Nagel Studio, located in Coapa, Coyoacán, Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide, in accordance with Mexico’s Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
We collect identification and contact data (name, email, phone number), address data for at-home service delivery (address, municipality), and data required to process online payments, handled directly by Stripe (Nagel Studio does not store full card details).
Your data is used to: manage bookings and appointments, process payments, provide follow-up and support for booked services, and, with your consent, send informational or promotional communications (newsletter).
Your payment data is shared with Stripe, Inc., our payment processor, to handle charges and, where applicable, refunds for your booking. Stripe is based in the United States, so this involves transferring your data outside Mexico; Stripe holds PCI-DSS Level 1 certification and internationally recognized data protection safeguards. We may also share data with messaging/notification providers strictly necessary to deliver the service. Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for other purposes.
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object (ARCO rights) to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, send your request to contacto@nagelstudio.mx.
This site only uses technical cookies necessary for its operation: a session cookie (keeps you signed in) and a CSRF security cookie (protects form submissions). We currently do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. If such cookies are introduced in the future, this notice will be updated.
